Kimberly Stahl is an American television host and actress with a career rooted in storytelling, travel, and lifestyle. Born in Washington, D.C., she grew up moving frequently - an experience that shaped her adaptability, curiosity, and ease connecting with people from all walks of life.

A former Navy spouse, Kimberly has lived throughout the United States and abroad. While based in Belgium, she produced and hosted the American Forces Network’s ongoing, award-winning travel series and paranormal shows created for U.S. service members stationed overseas. Her work blended cultural exploration, entertainment, and personality-driven hosting, earning recognition within the military broadcast community.

With experience both on camera and behind the scenes, Kimberly brings a thoughtful, conversational presence to projects centered on travel, fashion, wellness, and human-centered storytelling. She is currently based in San Diego, California.
